With over a decade in the fitness and wellness industry, I, as many started as a client. Overweight, out of shape and unhealthy. Through personal commitment and dedication and with the assistance of my personal trainers and martial arts instructor we changed my life!

I have been a Sumter county resident for eight years most of which I trained at a local Wildwood gym, as well as a senior group fitness instructor at American House Independent Living.

My goal is to help others build confidence and physical independence through client specific strength training, weight loss, balance and stability, golf fitness or cardio kickboxing.

My training is the breath of fresh air you’ve been looking for. The fitness industry is saturated with “do’s & dont’s” that are extremely unrealistic & inevitably leads to a “burn out”. 

 

My ethos is fitness should be centered & balanced with a person’s lifestyle to remain sustainable. The programs I design are accessible, enjoyable, & they are tailored to an individual’s ability & goals.

My background experience contains competing in weightlifting for four years, one year as a state competitor, and four years playing softball. This ultimately turned my desire to training and that desire led me to being a Girls Weightlifting Coach as well as the Middle School Softball Coach at Wildwood Middle High School."

LOGAN BETZER

Working out can be intimidating and with a busy schedule finding time to work out and better yourself can be challenging to say the least. As a trainer, my mission is to help you feel confident in the gym and get you on the path to becoming the best version of yourself that there can be! 

 

My background experience includes 4 years of being a college basketball player and one year as a personal trainer. After my basketball career ended, my passion for being athletic and working to better myself never faded and led me to becoming a strength and conditioning coach as well as an assistant basketball coach at

The Villages Charter High School.

My fitness background started during the military where I helped fellow service members get into the shape required and helped with fitness standards for different Military schools.

 

As a former Fire Fighter I have a passion for training civil servants and those who wish to become one.
