Free Vinyasa Yoga Class

Vinyasa yoga unites movement with breath as you flow through a series of poses that make up a sequence.

Calm the mind, strengthen and tone your body, build stamina, flexibility and balance.

Class starts with a gentle warm up, flow thru sequences of poses and finishes with  relaxation/meditation. Modifications offered for all levels.

Free to the public, membership not required.
